Project overview
Saffron House is a remodelled, contemporary office in Farringdon, London. Part of the revamp involved transforming the bike store, showers, and changing area into a modern end-of-trip facility that can help attract and retain tenants for years to come. Working for Parkeray, we installed 64 two-tier parking spaces, 10 e-bike two-tier spaces, 8 accessible and non-standard Sheffield stand spaces, plus a bike repair station and e-scooter charging dock. The bike store is adjacent to both showers and kit lockers, which turn the basement area into the ideal ‘reception’ for those cycling, scooting, or jogging to work.
